LMS series LED phosphors are silicate luminescent materials activated by rare-earth, it is different from YAG. They possess independent intellectual property and had been licensed in China，American，Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Spain, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. And the products won the second award of country technology and invention in 2006. The products have good chemical stability, excellent aging performance, high light conversion efficiency, good crystallinity and light transmission. They have a broad excitation bandand little selectivity for the wavelength range of chips, which are suitable for blue and violet light under 500 nm. They can emit blue, green, yellow and orange light. They can be adopted for white LED with different color temperature and rendering color index.
