Polymer light conversion module is researched and produced by Dalian Luminglight. It is a hollow module which is flexible, with high light conversion efficiency, good physical and chemical stability, various colors, high brightness, uniform light, and long life, single or COB integrated chips emitting blue light under 500nm can be used as its excitation source, and the module can be excited by mixing color both red and blue chip too.

    1. This light conversion module should be used with light source PCB board,two ways may be dopted, one is the bottom of module bonding with flat of PCB, another is  side of little PCB board inside the module, neutral silicone adhesive is the best choice.

    2. Before used, the surface of object must be cleaned, without any oil, dust, and the module can’t touch any acidic medium.

    3. suitable module is chosen according to the size of itself and the requirements of PCB board which can be line board, light guide plate, or chip surface.

    4. good heat resistance, and can be used under 150℃ for a long time.

    5. have a certain degree of elasticity , deformation will occur under stress.
