LAM-Rseries nitride red phosphors are manufactured creatively by advanced material laboratory of Dalian LumingLight Co., Ltd. The phosphors are alkaline metal silicon-nitride activated by rare-earth ions luminescent materials with strong M-N binding force. The series products are prepared by new synthesis techniques with ingenuity, and we innovatively develop the doping-brighten mechanism and doping-brighten element, and apply it as Chinese invention patent. The series products can be used for red LED, or they cancollocate with yellow or green phosphor to make warm white LED or special light color LED.
